The assessment is completed online and takes about 20–30 minutes.
-
It consists of 133 short statements, with participants indicating how often each statement applies to them using a 5-point scale (from “Never/Rarely” to “Always/Almost Always”).
-
There are no right or wrong answers — responses reflect typical behaviors and emotional tendencies.
3. Environment
-
Participants can complete the assessment at their own pace in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
-
It can be done on a computer, tablet, or mobile device.
